Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems Technology/ Network Technology or at least with equivalent experience; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Has strong English and Chinese language skills; With experience in offering guidance and recommendations to clients intended to eliminate recurring errors and improve performance; With experience in training and training delivery is a plus; Has strong problem-solving and computer skills; With advanced knowledge of computer networks and troubleshooting, networking standards and Cisco device networking, as well as Windows Vista, 7 & 8, and Windows Server 2003/2008/2012; Preferably with MCITP, CCNA and MS SQL certifications; Must be a team player and a fast learner; Can work independently and as part of a team.
