Male/Female; Must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree, or with professional license in the field of Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical or Electronics/ Mechatronic or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent; With at least 5 years of experience in the related field; Preferably an Assistant Manager or Manager, specializing in civil/ construction/ structural engineering or equivalent; With knowledge and/or experience in building and facility management; Must be fluent in Tagalog and English languages.
